We have a caravan! Woohoo!! We were able to get it from a local yard in Rotorua, which is great to be able to support local businesses. We will need to strip it back / gut it, and enlist a myriad of contractors to install a commercial kitchen in it, but it is exciting to finally have this asset with us.
We have also been donated a car, from a very generous family.
