Ray McVinnie came to town – the renowned Chef and most recently judge on Master Chef. The man is a bit of a guru, and was brought to the city to provide a report on the service industry in Rotorua – and give any tips he could offer. He had some very insightful things to say, and was very positive about a lot of Rotorua’s ‘underground secrets’ – like Leonardos and Capizzi.
But the best news was that at the end of his presentation we got to have a chat to him, and he agreed to doing a recipe for the caravan. Great to have his endorsement!
